As a definition pasta is a generic terms for a food substance that is made from unleavened dough of wheat or buckwheat, water, and flour. Sometimes eggs and vegetable extracts are also used. Common types of pasta include spaghetti, maccheroni, fusilli, lasangne, and gnocchi.

Now you can make the famous lasagna, by taking 8 to 10 lasagna pasta, one and half pings of ground beef, one jar of spaghetti sauce, four large eggs, one cup of skimmed milk, fresh basil, salt, 3 tablespoon butter, 2 gloves of garlic, black pepper. Firstly, cook the lasagna pasta and drain well, and then cook the ground beef in a skillet. Now add spaghetti sauce, basil, and garlic. Mix the skimmed milk and eggs. Grease the bottom of a casserole and add layers of pasta, sauce and the eggs mixture. And cook at 350 degrees until ready. Always ensure that the meat is fully cooked before serving.

Spaghetti Carbonara, is another famous pasta recipe. Get 300 grams spaghetti, 1 c. slab bacon, 4 egg yolks, 1 cup of parmesan cheese, and ˝ cup of parmesan cheese. Cook the slab bacon in a nice crisp manner. Then beat the heavy cream and egg yolks together. Cook the spaghetti separately. In a sauté pan, put the spaghetti in the yolks mixture and add the slab bacon. Stir on the medium heat until the meat is ready and add the parmesan. All salt and pepper according to your taste. The Spaghetti Carbonara is ready to be served.

You can also prepare salad with pasta. To prepare the chicken pasta salad, take half a pack of pasta of your choice, 50 grams of mayonnaise, 200 grams cooked chicken which were diced as cubes, 3/4th cup of sour cream, fresh parsley, fresh basil, 1 cup of celery (diced), four large tomatoes ( diced), 3 teaspoon of lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook the pasta, and rinse with cold water and drain well. Add cooked chicken cubes, tomatoes, and celery. Mix other ingredients and everything to the pasta.

Other tips on cooking pasta:

• Choose the famous brand, as all pasta is not equal.
• Choose a large pot, which accommodates pasta overcrowding.
• Use abundant water.
• Use salt to water.
• Do not rinse the pasta too much, as it may wash out nutrients.
